“Called at 9.30am this morning (Monday) had a person onsite at 1pm. Parts were in the van for a blown element in a hot water cylinder. Fixed by 2.30. amazing turn around and… service. Tradie was a decent chat and respectful. Highly recommend from start to finish…Had a small problem with this fix that was a slow leak that developed over the last 2 months due to the sealing tape not being applied correctly. They came out and rectified the issue and the attending tech advised what had gone wrong and apologized. Despite the issue, everybody makes mistakes they owned it in a timely manner. So 5 stars remain because as a company the communication has been great and they have shown up exactly when they said they would and stood by there workmanship.read more”

To get… the tree roots cleared Blair methodically applied at least 4 different technlques and pieces of pipe cleaning equipment to finally clear the blockage. “Awesome service! I had a tricky situation with a water leak onto my neighbour’s property, in old galvanised pipes. Instead of fixing the leak, that was likely to happen… again, Rob swung into action: he recommended asked the City Council to move the isolation valve 5 metres up the road so my water supply no longer came through the neighbouring property. Together we prepared an email with photos, and it worked a treat – the council were here first thing the next working day. Rob was back once City Care had done their thing, and braved the narrow space under my house to put the new pipes in. All done with care, accommodating the path I’m planning to put in. “We have over the past few weeks had a slow drip on both taps on our tub. One tap over the weekend decided it wanted to drip faster so we thought remedial attention was… necessary. Having 3 outdoor taps we felt it prudent to have those attended to at the same time with new washers.I contacted our plumbers, Clyne and Bennie and spoke to a charming lady explaining the situation and that it was not desperate. She asked when I was thinking about it, I replied at their convenience. She said this afternoon between 12 midday and 4.30pm.Around 1pm Marieke arrived with her radiant smile and did the necessary work efficiently as usual.My wife and I, can and do, recommend Clyne and Bennie to anyone who requires plumbing work. “Sorry started this 2 days & never completed it. My brand new hot water cylinder lost all heat between xmas and new year. Trying to get someone to come out when most are away… on xmas holidays is difficult. Clynne & Bennie responded and a very efficient electrician came out and solved the problem in less than half an hour. I was very happy that the water was hot again within 8 hours and very relieved that we could have hot showers again. Many thanks to Clyne & Bennie for such a prompt and efficient service.read more”
